CHURCH GROWTH
Currently GOA has over 100 churches in Kenya and the neighbouring countries. A Church Growth Director coordinates from the Head office the activities of the churches through a regional administration according to GOA administration structure.

  1. GOA church member gathers on Sunday for worship and to hear the word of God. Those gifted in preaching could preach during our Sunday worship services
  2. We give great emphasis of teaching our children how to live godly lives. We gather them for worship in relevant ways on Sunday and any other appropriate time. We also hold children conferences. People can teach and participate in organizational way during the conference.
  3. We do the same for our teens and we have a great opportunity to teach this group of young people.
  4. We believe in our youths and do so many programmes that could benefit them. We help them to know that they need to be responsible in their live. We also train them in godliness. We hold seminars, workshops and conferences for them. There is a great need to mentor these people.
  5. Cell church is the method we use to disciple and train the new believers in our churches. We follow the four ‘W’ methods. That is Welcome, Worship, Word and Witness. For every cell church to be effective we need people who can lead the cell meeting and the bible study.
  6. We have a cyber cafe in our Nyeri region for Pastors. This is an income generating programme. It is situated about 105 kilometres north of Nairobi. We need to have people to assist the customers as they access internet. For some clients it is their first time to visit the cyber yet they need to browse.
